Credits & Pro

How credits work

HomeWow runs on credits. You start with free credits, each design is paid for in credits once it arrives, and Pro adds credits every week. Credit packs can be bought at any time.

Start with the app

Prices, any free trial and renewal terms are set by the App Store or Google Play and are shown on the purchase screen in your region before you buy. Pro renews automatically unless you turn it off at least 24 hours before renewal, and you can cancel any time from your store subscription settings.

The things people ask before they download.

There are twelve tools in the Create tab. You can paint walls, change the flooring, swap a piece of furniture, clear up a cluttered room, change the lighting and mood, redo a kitchen or bathroom, restyle the outside and garden, match a photo you love, describe a room in words, turn a floor plan into 3D, or start from a ready-made look. The full redesign takes a style and an intensity and gives you up to four designs.
Most tools start from a photo of the room. Describe a room needs no photo at all, and Floor plan starts from a picture of your plan.
No. Generated designs are for visualisation and inspiration only. HomeWow does not guarantee structural safety or feasibility, so talk to a licensed architect, engineer or contractor before any real renovation.
Each design costs credits, and they are only taken after your designs arrive. You start with free credits, a daily check-in earns more, and credit packs can be bought at any time and never expire. Some things, such as 3D and new angles, use more credits than a standard design. Pro adds credits every week.
Photos you upload are used to generate your designs. Uploads and designs stay until you delete them or delete your account, and the Privacy Policy lists the service providers involved. You can delete the account and everything in it from inside the app: see Delete your account.
You can start as a guest and create an account later from Settings, with an email address or with Google or Apple. Deleting an account is done from inside the app, and it works for guests too.
The app starts with free credits. Pro and credit packs are billed by the App Store or Google Play, so the exact prices, any free trial and the renewal terms are always the ones on the purchase screen in your region. Cancel any time from Settings → your name → Subscriptions on iPhone, or Play Store → Payments & subscriptions on Android. Deleting your account does not cancel the subscription — cancel first, then delete.
Explore is a feed of designs shared by the community, with collections to save into and a weekly design challenge you can enter. Content that breaks the rules can be reported from inside the app.
