WHO WE ARE
Apparent Group Limited (Hong Kong) operates HomeWow. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it, in line with GDPR for EU/EEA users.
WHAT WE COLLECT
Your email, name and profile image; the room photos, prompts and style choices you submit; device and usage data; and support messages you send us.
HOW WE USE IT
To run the app and generate your designs, manage your account, improve the product, contact you about updates and support, and meet legal obligations.
WHO WE SHARE WITH
Service providers only: Google Firebase (infrastructure), OpenRouter (AI image processing) and Adapty (subscriptions) — plus authorities where the law requires it.
WHERE IT'S STORED
Servers may sit outside your home country, including the US and Hong Kong. Where required, we use standard contractual clauses to protect transfers.
YOUR RIGHTS
EU/EEA users can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing at any time — email hello@apparentgroup.co.
KEEPING IT SAFE
Account data lasts as long as your account is active; uploads and designs stay until you delete them or your account. We use encryption and access controls, but no system is 100% secure.
