AGREEING TO THESE TERMS
Using HomeWow means you accept these Terms, a binding agreement with Apparent Group Limited, a Hong Kong company.
WHAT THE APP DOES
HomeWow uses artificial intelligence to redesign rooms, replace objects, apply styles and visualise home improvements from photos you upload.
YOUR ACCOUNT
You're responsible for accurate registration details, keeping your account secure, and telling us about any unauthorised use. We may suspend or end accounts that break these Terms.
YOUR CONTENT
You keep ownership of what you upload. You grant us a licence to use it to generate and improve your designs, and you confirm you have the rights to upload it. No illegal, offensive or explicit content.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Pro is billed by the App Store or Google Play and renews automatically unless you turn it off at least 24 hours before renewal. Cancellations and refunds are handled by your store account.
AI DISCLAIMER
Generated designs are for visualisation and inspiration only — we don't guarantee structural safety or feasibility. Talk to a licensed architect, engineer or contractor before any real renovation.
LIABILITY & LAW
The app is provided as-is. Our liability is capped at what you paid us in the past 12 months, or $100 USD. These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
